What is morning of coordination?This service is designed to help you feel at ease while you get ready with your loved ones on the morning of your wedding day. Instead of having to keep an eye on the clock and hustling friends and family into hair and makeup, ensuring everyone takes time to eat, get photos and are ready to go on time, you can simply relax and let us run the morning for you. What better way to start your wedding day than knowing that someone is watching the clock and ensuring each person is ready to go for you.
Do I need a morning of coordinator?It's really up to you. At the end of the day it will only ease your stress and give you more time to soak up those precious moments before your wedding begins.
How it worksWe will discuss your plans for the morning of your wedding day and what you may like assistance with.
1. Morning of coordination Booklet
Once you’ve booked, you will receive our Morning of Coordination PDF booklet to fill in. This will go back and forth between us in the lead up to your wedding day and hold all the details of your morning of preparations from the names of your bridal party to your vendors who will be part of your morning preparations.
2. Morning of runsheet & vendor liaising
We will create a runsheet for you covering the timeline for your morning of preparations. This will be something you can share with your friends and family who will be part of your morning preparations. We will also liaise with your relevant vendors in advance to ensure timings are suitable.
3. Morning of coordination
On the morning of we will be on site with you at your chosen place to help you get ready. We will ensure everything runs on time and check in with any person or vendors who may be running late. Our aim is to make you feel at ease on the morning of your wedding so you can soak in all the moments in the lead up to your walk down the aisle.
