Aisling and Alex had their wedding ceremony at the luscious Fitzroy Gardens and needed someone to coordinate their big day. From vehicle management, coordinating vendors, guest arrival, set up and more, we ensured their day went off without a hitch!

Tracey was an absolute godsend on our wedding day - she truly went above and beyond, both before AND on the day to make sure everything was perfect!

Our day wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her help.

ON THE DAY COORDINATION & Wedding errands

Nerissa and Robert tied the knot in the historic Trades Hall. With a gorgeous ballroom as their backdrop we coordinated their ceremony from setting up to greeting guests and more. They also utilised our Wedding Errands service to transfer their wedding night luggage from their morning of accomodation to the glamorous Windsor Hotel Melbourne, where they would spend their first night as newlyweds!

You did an incredible job of making sure everything ran smoothly and were just generally a wonderful, positive and calming influence to have around.

With their wedding ceremony to be held at the beautiful Carlton Gardens Kaitlyn and Nicholas engaged The Aisle Runner as their on the day coordinator. This would ensure a stress free day as we made sure the set up was just right, liaised with all vendors on their behalf, greeted guests and made sure everything was taken care of.

Tracey was an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day! Her meticulous attention to detail and seamless management made our special day absolutely perfect.

Bump out Pack down

Charlotte was getting married at Half Acre in South Melbourne and bump out was from midnight. Instead of having her family or friends stay behind, she engaged The Aisle Runner to bump out and pack down and deliver everything directly to her house at the end of the evening.

I contacted Tracey at The Aisle Runner to help bump out my wedding at midnight and pack down everything (flowers, vases, decorations etc) and transport it all back to my home that night. This saved me from having to ask multiple vendors or family & friends.

Tracey was so impressively organised - she sent me easy forms to fill out to ensure she had the exact details, and she even liaised with the venue beforehand, which was all done independently of me.

A very reliable and capable person to have help with all those extra things on the big day!

Set up

Sonia was getting married at St Andrews Conservatory and needed someone to set up her guest and bridal table decor as she had envisioned.

Tracey was so easy to work with. Her communication was excellent prior to the event.

Tables were set up exactly how I wanted - they looked beautiful!

Set up

Having her hair and make up trial the morning of her Bridal Shower, Ashleigh needed someone to be at the venue, Zoobibi in Hawthorn, to set up her tables and decor.

Tracey was a wonderful, and the perfect, addition to my Bridal Shower preparation team. Tracey understood my dream designs, used the information from our consultation session to execute my dream board, and created a beautiful and inclusive space at the venue.

Tracey’s organisation was also incredibly impressive as she came to my event with paperwork filled of her own illustrations and inspiration poutines for the event. My event came out look beautiful and I had many compliments thanks to Tracey and her creative flair!

I would strongly recommend Tracey for all wedding related events as she was careful, thoughtful, and has a lot of passion behind her business!

PRE-WEDDING ERRANDS

Leah wanted the day before her wedding to be about spending time with her bridesmaids instead of running around town picking up items that needed to be dropped at The Langham Hotel, her wedding venue.

I had the pleasure of engaging The Aisle Runner to assist with completing important tasks that were impossible for me to do myself the day before my wedding.

Tracey ran around Melbourne for us, she collected our wedding bands from the jeweller, put the finishing touches on our bonbonierres, picked up the spirits for our wedding reception and delivered them in record time, it was one less stress that I didn't have to worry about and it allowed me to spend the day before my wedding with my bridesmaids which I very much appreciated.
